Newton’s Three Laws

1. An object moving in one direction will continue moving in that direction unless it was acted upon by an outside force

a. Also, an object at rest will stay at rest.

2. Net force causes acceleration.

A. Force, acceleration, momentum, and velocity are all vectors.

3. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
